  • If the balance is not received after a maximum of three (3) reminders, your reservation will be considered forfeited, and your deposit will remain nonrefundable.

  • All bookings made within 120 days of the Residency start date require full payment at the time of registration.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing to the Organizer. No exceptions will be made beyond the terms outlined above.

2. Pricing, Currency, and Payment Methods

Residency prices are listed in Euros (€). The deposit amount will be converted to its Euro equivalent at the exchange rate in effect on the date of payment and applied toward your Residency balance.

The remaining balance is denominated in Euros (€). Participants may remit payment in either Euros (€) or U.S. dollars (USD).

The remaining Euro balance will be converted to USD at the prevailing USD–EUR exchange rate in effect 125 days prior to the Residency start date. The converted USD amount will be communicated to participants at that time, and full payment in Euros or U.S. dollars will be due 120 days prior to the Residency start date.

Payments may be made by American Express, Mastercard, Visa, or Discover Card through the Organizer’s secure online payment system.
Direct electronic payments (wire or bank transfer) are available upon request.

If payment is not received by the specified due date, your reservation will be considered canceled, and the cancellation terms stated above will apply.

3. Cancellations by the Organizer

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Residency for any reason, including insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event that such a cancellation occurs, all payments received will be fully refunded.

The Organizer shall not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants (such as airfare, insurance, or visa costs).

4. Force Majeure

The Organizer shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, natural disasters, governmental restrictions, or other circumstances that make operation of the event impracticable or unsafe.

In such cases, the Organizer will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the Residency or provide partial refunds when possible, but full refunds are not guaranteed.

5. Participant Age and Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years of age or older to register and attend the Residency.
By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

6. Travel Insurance

The Organizer highly recommends that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation and interruption coverage, to protect against unforeseen personal or travel-related issues.

If you must cancel your participation for any reason — including illness, injury, family emergency, missed flights, or other personal circumstances — the stated cancellation fees will apply. Travel insurance may cover some or all of these expenses.

Coverage terms vary by insurer. Please review your policy carefully before purchasing.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, USA.

8. Acknowledgment of Acceptance
